Wiki Billing a 99211 provided by an RN

Question, for an RN in a Fee for Service location, can you bill a 99211 for the TB Test, either intradermal or Mantoux to Illinois Medicaid? Do you also charge for the return visit to have the test read? Or is this all inclusive? These would be with standing orders from the MD. Do you need to credential the RN or does experience show the claim process at the facility level? Thank you. Jean West, CPB

I would still advise calling IL Medicaid to verify their guidelines on PPD reads.
