Hope someone can help me. I need to bill a PPD for a patient, who for example: Pt comes in with Psoriasis and the Dr want to put the pt on an Immunosuppressant Rx like Enbrel, so they do a PPD first. Would I use DX V58.69 instead of V74.1, use both and the reason they are having it done (psoriasis)? Help!
