Can an EUA be billed with a procedure when a patient is uncooperative in the office due to Down's , ADD or other conditions to have an exam done. CPT # 92018 has a much higher RVU's than CPT # 67015.
Would you bill the EUA over a lesser procedure ?

Hello, I am still a junior coder in this specialty, coding for MDs. My thoughts are:
1. RVU for 67015 is higher 7.14 vs 92018 2.5
2. you cannot bill them together due to bundling issue. Only 67015 will be billed- that's what we do in our practice when Exam 92018 is done along with Other procedures.
