Does anyone else with WPS bill aranesp & procrit? When we switched to WPS in February we didn't have any problems with our claims. Now we've made several adjustments (as told to us by WPS because of denials) and our claims are still denying. For ESRD we bill the ESRD CPT code with 285.9, and the HCT count (example -TR-R2/26.5). For non-ESRD we use 285.9 with V58.69 and the cancer dx, and the HCT count.

Any suggestions? I've gone over the LCD and I'm stumped.
