This is actually for A Nephrology Practice there is no selection specific to Nephrology, so hopefully someone can help. -For Training provided to an ESRD patient for PD in HOME Dialysis-Can the physician
for the Training services provided to the patient, and must the provider be actually providing the services, or can the services be provider by the unit and the providers signs off on the completed training services provided to the
patient? What criteria needs to be met?
