We are having a tough time identifying the correct codes for Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization and Residential Treatment Facility. We are located in WA State and had a potential client reach out from Eastern WA looking to open one or more of these facility types. We were able to obtain a lot of information from Medicaid and the SERI guide, but for Commercial (Aetna, Cigna, Regence, Premera, UHC, etc.) and Medicare we are not finding anything. We reached out to several local facilities, but they are stating their codes are "proprietary" and unwilling to help. Any assistance someone can give us would be greatly appreciated.
