I do billing/coding for an Asthma & Allergy specialist and I am having trouble finding the correct CPT code for billing. We have a patient that came to see us for a possible drug reaction. She is going to have Cataract surgery and we need to assess potential sensitivities and identify the safety of certain topicals that are necessary for surgery. The doctor did a Conjunctival challenge where he places IIevro in the right eye and Vigamox in the left eye. I am having trouble with coding this test. Can you help?
