I'm seeking to gather information regarding a billing compliance program structure for a 680 bed, 1300 physician teaching facility with ties to a major university.
If you have a similar structure, I'd like to know the following:
How many employees do you have in the billing compliance department?
What are their skillsets?
Is there a billing compliance workplan?
