Hi what if any would be apropiate modifier when billing 29805,29825 and 29823?

Trying billing this way:

Hi,

Please try billing this way. Let's assume the surgical site being right shoulder:

29823-RT
29825-59, 51, RT

We cannot bill 29805 as it is a diagnostic arthoscopic code and surgical arthroscopy always includes diagnostic arthroscopy.
