I am looking for guidance on billing telemedicine services for a split/shared visit with a Physician working remotely and the NNP in person at the bedside with the patient. I'm finding conflicting answers on if I can use Mod 95 with cpt code 99477. I also am unsure if we would change our pos when billing for these? We will be billing under the physician who will be remote so do I use a telemedicine pos or inpatient hospital where the patient is located? Has anyone had any experience with this scenario that you can share?
