Good morning! Our providers give depo 80mg to help a patient heal and recover more quickly when they are performing RFs. Am I able to charge for this depo? I have never done in the past but am now questioning myself.

I would believe you could bill for the HCPCS code (J1040) for the drug if you are billing a facility claim for a hospital. It might be deemed inclusive for an ASC facility charge within the CPT though. If you have a fluoroscopy suite in an office setting, this could be billed.
