Need to bill for DME that HCPCS codes do not exist for. Have verification from CMS (Childrens Medical Services/Pedicare) that equipment will be covered but need codes for the following:
1. Jeanie Rub Massager $165
2. Interactive Metronome Program $150
3. Sennheiser HD500A headphones $145
4. Scan Disk Sansa-Clip MP3 player $49
5. Ease 2 listening chip micro-SD card $54
