Wiki Billing Doc out on sick leave

This is a new situation for me but I'm sure others have had this happen. Doc is out on sick leave - possibly not returning. She dictated notes before she left but did not sign them. The doc that has taken over her pts signed the notes and wrote "reviewed by." Can we bill for these visits?
 
Sorry - just wanted to bump this question up and not have it get lost. I still need an answer. THANKS!
