Wiki Billing E/M and EMG/NCS done on same day by 2 different physicians

How would I bill an E/M service done by one physician and EMG/NCS service done by another physician in same office on the same day. E/M was done in the AM and patient came back in PM to have EMG/NCS done by another physician. Would I use a modifier so both physicians get paid for the service they did on same day? Can I bill 2 separate claims on same day?
