patient scheduled and presents with laceration. Eyes are the system documented in the PE, HPI mentions no LOC, swelling. Suture performed for wound. This does not warrant an E/M along with, correct???
 
Correct. For E/M with procedure there should be separately identifiable E/M service done unrelated to procedure on the same DOS
