There is so much different information out regarding the billing and use of E0781. Most posts on the forum are years old. We are an oncology practice administrating several infusions in the office, as well as sending the patient home with a pump to continue infusing Fluorouracil separately. What are the guidelines on billing DME for commercial payers? I seen some say Medicare patients bill to DMERC and it's only billed monthly and Fluorouracil is an allowed drug, however can this ever be billed directly to company and are they issues billing it on the same date as an office infusion. I do see that it bundles with 96413 and 96367 but it says a modifier may be allowed. Any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated.
