I'm reviewing a claim for E1399 from an anesthesia provider for the mobile supplies he brings with him to perform in-office anesthesia for biopsy. He stated specifically it is for Oxygen, Oxygen analyzer, Crash Cart, EKG machine and backup power supply. Is this an acceptable way to bill? I have seen some questions on the forum, but no one received answers. Thanks for any info, guidance, etc.
