We have two Cardiologist that do EP studies. If a PA is in another location and does a device reading, calls either EP doctors for device change instructions, can that service by the PA be billed to Medicare incident to under the Cardiologist that is on premise with the PA but does not have an EP specialty attached to his Medicare credentialing? Any response would be appreciated.
