I would like any information on how to bill for insertion of the express shunt.
I was previously told that this category 3 code replaced the traditional trabeculectomy code 66170/66172. But something just does not seem right.

We will be doing Cataract Surgery also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also in the CCI edits it shows that 66170/66172/ are mutually exclusive with 0192T.
