Hello, I have a question. Am new to Optha coding.

Can you bill 92012TC with a 92083TC? Do you need add a 25 modifer on the 92012TC?

Thanks in advance :)

A 92012 is for an eye exam you would not put a TC on that code. A -25 modifier on an office visit is when there is a procedure. A visual field is not considered a procedure. Also, you do not need a TC on a 92083. Was it actually an extended visual field? You have to meet certain criteria for it to be extended.
