Hello,

Our neurosurgeon performed arthrodesis of the cervical spine. She had a PA as her assistant for most of the surgery, then had another neurosurgeon come in to assist with placing of the instrumentation. Can I bill out 22551-AS, 22552-AS to the PA and also bill out 22846-80 to the surgeon who came in to assist with the instrumentation, as long as she documents all of this?
