Can anyone share any information on billing for a chiropractor in an FQHC? From what I have found so far, the intial evaluation and then the re-evaluation are covered under Medicare Part A. They would be E&M codes and they are on the Medicare Part A approved list of codes. What about the manipulation codes 98940-98941-98942? These are not on the list. Do they get billed to Part B?
