We have a FNP and i have read the medicare website on how to bill
for one. It has totaly confused me. Question 1: If a FNP sees
a patient in the office with the supervisor (MD) in the same office
in box 24 J and in box 31 of the form 1500 does the FNP name go there
or does the MD go there.
Question 2: If the FNP goes to a skilled nursing home and sees a patient, in box 24J and box 31 does her name go there or the MD?
