We are a Tribal Facility in a rural area where our clinic burned down this past summer in one of the catastrophic No CA wildfires.
We are trying to get a Mobile Unit to set up in the town. We have another clinic in a different county do I use that ones NPI with
the Mobile Unit POS? We also have an MOA with the State will that still be applicable or not for the Mobile Unit?
