I was needing to find out if I can bill for office visits (99213 or 99203 and 99204) when seen by a RN and how different the reimbursment is for a RN rather than a physician??? Please help.

RN cannot perform an office visit. A 99211 can be billed for an RN encounter as long as the provider is present in the office suite and the RN is performing only functions detailed in a previous physician order as a follow up and there is no other CPT code for the function.
