Our ASC has recently started billing for our CRNA and I keep receiving denials saying: Autopost DENIED - HC:01470:QZ:QS:P2 - HE_N390:This service/report cannot be billed separately. Please help, I need to figure out how to get the claims paid.

It sounds like maybe you are billing the CRNA's services under the ASC's facility credentials? The CRNA services would need to be billed as a professional claim, not as part of the facility services, so this provider would need to be credentialed by each of your payers and assigned their own provider number to distinguish them from the facility provider.

Hello there,
Have you checked the payer's policy for monitored anesthesia care? You could be bumping into a restriction there.
