I would like to offer B Complex injections in the office. I have not found the right J code for this. Is it appropriate to bill J3420 (B12 injection) for this injection. B Complex injections contain B12 as well as other B vitamins. The description of J3420 is "B12 injection, up to 1000 mcg." Thanks for any input.
