I'm needing some help here. We have a patient that we do buy and bill and provide the Spravato treatment in our office. We have been billing G2083 and it has been paying. As of 2/1/24 it all of a sudden is denying and/or recouping stating that this code requires a precertification. When you speak with Anthem the answer given is no that it does not. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, please advise me on what you are doing to get these claims paid?
