I have a Dr. in our office that would like to start billing for ACELLULAR BIOLOGIC PATCH, and I am not sure which code to use. And he would also like to start billing for C9364 during hernia procedure and was wondering if anyone else is using this code with paraesophageal hernia repairs and how is the reimbursement?
