Is the doctor billing for signing orders from the HH care or are they writing a plan every time.

My doctor is billing these codes.

Never have problems getting paid...as long as the time limit is followed - - the codes are billed only once every 90 days.

When I bill home health, I get a huge stack of papers with them all so it appears doctor is writing a plan every time.
