Wiki Billing for Immunizations for a Traveling patient????????????

I have a questions. It's regarding an internal Med doctor who wants to bill for the immunizations and visit for a patient who is traveling out of the country. Any suggestions on how this would be billed?

I am thinking a 99401-99404 based on time with the Immunization ICD-9 codes. Please Help
