Is anyone billing for placement of IUD (I believe code would be 58300) in an ambulatory surgery center and getting paid? Also, are you billing for the device itself or is that being supplied by the doctor's office or patient thru their pharmacy?

Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
