What is the billing recommendations for ICD10 coding for lab drawn after a colonoscopy or EGD? I found the code for prior procedure lab work but unsure of lab drawn afterwards. Also we do a urine pregnancy test prior to anesthesia on child bearing women. Are we allowed to bill for this as a separate code or is it included in the billing for anesthesia?
