Billing for Leucovorin

Just curious to know how everyone bills the infusion of Leucovorin?? Do you bill as a chemo infusion or non chemo??

We bill the administration of it as non chemo codes, according to our FI that is the way they want it. We do however, give it concurrently with certain chemo drugs, and then we will bill the concurrent code of 96368
