Wiki Billing for more than one assistant

We've started billing for the first assistant (she's one of our APRN's) and she does the harvesting of the vein but my question is can we bill for the surgical first assistant as well? We use the AS modifier for the first assistant, would we use the AS modifier for the surgical assistant?
