Hello,
When hydration is 30 min or under, or billed concurrently with the infusion, is it appropriate to bill for the saline that was used during the hydration despite the fact that the hydration was not billed for? Also, what if hydration was the only procedure done on that day; would you still be able to code for the saline alone? Would the saline then need a claimset?
