The claims under NP that Dr didn’t co- sign those can be billed under Dr with a reduction of service believing we would still receive 80% for these claims. Please suggest coding for such cases.i am stuck with no of claims .

If your state does not require MD co-sign, and the carrier follows incident-to rules, you may still bill under the MD provided all the incident-to requirements are met (established pt, established problem with plan of care, MD was physically present in suite, etc).
Otherwise, the claim should be billed under the NP.
