HI Everyone,
Here's a scenario. We do a mammogram on a pt. find a mass do a biopsy bill out an office visit, patient comes back on another day for a MRI for extent of disease. On the MRI they find a new area, the Dr. sees her and cores the new area.
The question is should we bill out another office visit? I can go both ways on this. She is coming in for the MRI to see what the extent of disease is but there was another area found and we do another biopsy.

Thank you for your help

Kathleen
