Wiki Billing for pain pumps in ACS 64416

Good morning....this would be my first post here...
have this question about pain pumps.

I need to know if anyone thinks this is the correct codes for our senario:

Would it be correct for the ASC to bill 64416 & A4306 for supplying a medication filled pump. This does go home with the patient after surgery.

Any advice is appreciated. thank you!
