I am reviewing a claim and the provider billed each lab separately but all the labs are covered under the panel 80053. Are there any rules in place that state panels must be billed is ALL labs are drawn?

BCBS? They rebundled it for you. They'll pay the total allowable for 80050 under one code (like 80053), then won't pay anything on 85025 or 84443. Be thankful they did it that way - most payers deny all 3 codes and make you resubmit it as the bundled procedure.
