Does anyone have experience billing for services rendered by a Physician's Assistant working independently in CA. IE, PA working independently in Collaboration(ie with a Collaborative Agreement with an MD), especially to Anthem BC and CA Blue Shield. I can't seem to locate a policy for these payers for billing for a Physician Assistant. I would appreciate some input from people with experience in this billing scenario. Thanks
