Wiki Billing for Patient Education For Injections provided by PA/NP

Patient came into office with medication for injection. PA provided education on "how to administer injection" to the patient. The patient after being provide guidance and education gave the infection to herself.
Is this billable? Would I use 99211? Must I indicated the name of the drug and any other specifics?

99211 would be appropriate as long as all of the components are available.
