We are a Residency Family Practice. We have a Board Certified Pharmacist on staff and 2 PharmD residents. Can we bill for services that they perform in the office? Example #1: Pt sees one of them for Insulin Education. Can we bill 98960 as long as the documentation supports the code? Example #2: Can we bill for medication management by pharmacist (99605)?
