Billing for pulse ox interp 94760 in the urgent care setting

Looking for any reference / articles /information regarding guidelines for billing pulse ox interpretations for urgent care clinic. Does the doctor have to order it ? Most doctors say it is a 5th vital sign and don't understand if/why an order is needed. Would it be considered bundled with the E/M level even when the urgent care center is owned by the practice?

Any insight / information would be helpful.

I need some information on that code as well. I have been doing some research and I know it is unbundled from Critical care and conscious sedation. So far that is all I can find, we have a doc who wants to bill it during knee injection 20610.
