Wiki billing for surgical trays in office procedures

Hello Coders:

Can anyone tell me if we can bill for the surgical trays we use for our in office excisons?
We performed a 11602 in office. Can we bill A4550 for the surgical tray?
Insurance is UHC Medicare.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can bill this but I believe it would be inclusive with the procedure. Only a few insurances cover the trays.
