Is anyone billing for this service yet? Can you bill for additional visits after the first required visit on either day 7 or day 14 or would these be included in the new service?
 
Billing TCM'S

Ok as I understand it, once you do the 7 or 14 day face to face, any other E/M billed must be separately identifiable services when performed inside the 30 day window after discharge. If the patient returns for problems associated with hospital conditions, inside the 30 day window, they bundle into the TCM you are billing at the end of that 30 day period.
