CPT code 94003 would be for 24 hours of service. The patient was taken off the ventilator at 9:30 pm. I'm trying to find where I can charge for the 24 hours of service based that the patient had more than 16 hours which could be rounded up to the 24. Some of the other societies have this such as Neurology for EEG's, etc. Any help is appreciated.
