Hi, I am new to coding for Plastics. How would you bill for tissue expander fills after the 90 day global period is over. I have the documentation from American Academy of Plastci Surgery that you may bill for this only after the 90 day global period is up. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.:)

We just started doing this..We use the 99211 because its usually a nurse that does the fills. If the doctor sees the patient we do either 99212 or 99213. Hope this helps..
