HELP! I'm trying to found the correct CPT code for billing for a vaginal delivery at 17 weeks. Thanks
 
This situation would actually depend if this was an induced delivery/abortion.
Was it a fetal demise? You cannot bill for a vaginal delivery if before 20 weeks.
