Can a physician who owns their own x-ray machine, and interprets the x-rays, but doesn't provide a full separate report bill the x-rays as global?

All x-rays are sent out to radiologists for an official read, and they provide an official report.

Thank you!

My first question would be are the radiologists doing the "official read" billing for the -26 portion.

Since they are being sent out and a report is coming back my GUESS would be they are billing that piece. I hope this helps get your answer :)
